Tomb Raider Honored In Stamp Form Once Again

Tomb Raider has once again been honored in a collection of stamps by Royal Mail as part of a special selection based on video games. There are full sheets, miniatures, and bundles available for purchase via the Royal Mail website. As you may recall, this isn't the first time Lara has been stamped. There was also a limited edition stamp packet celebrating 20 Years of Tomb Raider in the Square Enix Store UK and France ran a video game stamp sheet featuring The Angel of Darkness.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider Deluxe Double Vinyl Revealed

Laced Records has revealed a brand new deluxe edition of the Shadow of the Tomb Raider soundtrack on double vinyl! This deluxe version of Brian D'Oliveira's mesmerizing soundtrack contains a whopping 28 tracks of pure bliss. More than any of the previous releases including The Conceptual Album and digital versions that were bundled with copies of the game. 

Pre-Order the album now from Laced Records and listen to the full track list for the first time on streaming services. A digital version is also available for purchase from digital retailers.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition Announced

Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition has finally been announced and will release on November 5, 2019. Players can pick up a physical copy from local retailers or digitally via their respective stores for $39.99. Platforms include the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Steam, Mac, Linux, and the Google Stadia version will launch later.

The "Definitive Edition" will feature the base game with all post-launch DLC, a new "Croft Fitness" outfit, and other technical enhancements. This includes the 7 DLC challenge tombs and side quests, all outfits, weapons, and skills released. The 8th mystery DLC seems to be no more. They opted for the new outfit instead. (See This Post) No images of the outfit at this time, but I'm sure it's bound to impress. I believe now that they are saving the next iteration of Croft Manor for the next installment of the series. We'll just have to wait and see.

RUMOR-Shadow of the Tomb Raider 'Definitive' Edition-RUMOR

Rumors and talk of a 'Definitive Edition' of Shadow of the Tomb Raider have been floating around ever since the release of the last DLC back in April. Speculation started when another "Coming Soon" spot appeared after that 7th and (supposedly) final DLC. Many fans, including myself, believe another surprise DLC is in the works possibly featuring a full-fledged Croft Manor.

More recently, a file referencing Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition has appeared on a Korean game rating website suggesting the release on Xbox One and PC. I'm sure it will be available on PS4 as well. Nothing has been officially confirmed by Crystal Dynamics or Eidos Montreal as of yet. An announcement may surface during Gamescom later in August.
