Laura H. Ruben is the contributing artist for the Tomb Raider: Underworld reimagined box art. She has really captured the duality of Lara and her doppelgänger. I love the misalignment that shows they are not the same person and have very different personalities. It is quite spooky and remind me a lot of American McGee's Alice and the Red Queen respectively. Check out all the development footage that has come out during Legend month! It's so cool to see how Lara evolved from The Angel of Darkness model into the Legend model we know today. The box art reimagining for Legend has been postponed due to personal matters, but should be released later on.

Bren has done it again! This time with the reimagined box art for Tomb Raider: Anniversary. He has captured the very essence of TRA and somehow brought to life a new sense of intrigue and nostalgia. The expressions on all the characters faces are superb and the beam of light on the pyramid...ahhh pure satisfaction. As much as I have a crush on Bren do I have a crush on this piece of beauty. Could this Lara design be a nod to what we can expect with the unification of the timelines? Time will tell.

Gaming Heads Reveals Angel of Darkness Statue

 

Gaming Heads revealed their much anticipated Angel of Darkness statue and she is a beauty! This marks the 5th statue in the 20th Anniversary Collection originally announced way back in 2016.

She is available in a Standard Edition, an Exclusive Edition complete with the Chirugai and Sunglasses, and an unpainted Collective Edition.

This Dark Angel is set to ship out by the end of the year so pre-order yours before they are gone!

Tomb Raider Film Expanded Soundtracks & Singles

I like to create custom albums of unreleased music and tracks that have been featured in trailers and other media. I just revamped my soundtracks and singles from the films and I thought I would share them with you all. I love different variations of songs and remixes so I created Reloaded, expanded albums from the films containing tracks that were never featured on the original soundtracks with new remixes and bonus tracks. Some pieces of music have never been released outside of the film so they have some dialogue in them, such as "Cambodia Chase" and "Lab Scene".

Raiders LP Appears Online

HOLY SMOKES!!! JUST FOUND THESE TRACKS ONLINE!!! 😱

Behold: The very first commercial release of music relating to Tomb Raider! "Raiders" is an LP consisting of three tracks containing samples of voice over from the original Tomb Raider game. The artist is only known as L.C. and the songs were published by Dance Naked Records back in 1997.

Chronicles Month Comes To A Close

Happy 4th of July everyone! 🎆 We have come to the end of another celebratory month of content. Tomb Raider: Chronicles is one of my favorite games in the franchise because of its uniqueness and diversity. The Community Managers have presented us with these fantastic classic cosplay guides from the era.
